MTDC opens office and commercial spaces for rent at its new Hulhumale' building
Maldives Tourism Development Corporation has started leasing out office and ground-floor commercial space at its newly built office complex in Hulhumale' Phase 1.
Maldives Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) has started renting out office and commercial space at its newly built MTDC Office Complex in Hulhumale' Phase 1, located in front of Central Park.
In announcements shared this week, MTDC listed two spaces currently available.
The first is a 3,345 square foot floor of office space. The company describes it as a bright, modern space with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-plan layout overlooking Central Park. The building has three elevators and basement parking.
The second is a 1,721 square foot ground-floor space, which MTDC is offering to cafe and snack bar operators. It also has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Central Park, along with basement parking.
